This car was lying 3rd overall at LeMans in ’61’ leading the GT class comfortably (G. Hill co-driving with Moss, when a fan blade sliced a water hose. NART omitted to remove the road-going radiator fan when preparing the car. (“My Cars, My Career,” by Moss with Doug Nye)
