I know, I know. Another Giant’s Despair/Brynfan Tyddn post… But when Cliff uncovered this glorious clip of the 1955 running, there was no way I couldn’t share it.
Results from the hillclimb at Etceterini.

great watching Evans Hunt driving the red Porsche 550-03 (No 72). Recently it has just finished a full restoration and is presented in the livery as it raced in the Carrera Panamericana – with hardtop.
Otto Linton’s OSCA seems to be the winner. What looks like a blue Lester MG is in class G–thus some other engine? I believe that 550 (previously run by John von Neumann) was a pushrod engined car.
Art in motion. Thanks for posting.
