In case you missed it, the wonderful and attractive people on the Goodwood media team have uploaded the full-day replays of the 2016 Goodwood Revival. Put on your tweed jacket and kick your feet up.

Goodwood Revival 2016 Saturday Livestream
♪It’s the mooooossstt wonderful time… of the year.♫
British Pathé: Jim Clark Wins Again
I feel like British Pathé could have used this title for dozens of their recaps of races in the 1960s. This time though, “Jim Clark Wins Again” is referring to the 1964 International Trophy race at Goodwood. Bad luck for Graham Hill that year, but always good for us to see historic footage of Goodwood that we can compare with the miraculous effort they’ve made preserving it for the modern age. What better way to ease into next weekend’s Goodwood 74th Members Meeting, which this year will be live streamed. Thanks for that, Goodwood.
Goodwood Revival 2015’s Greatest Hits
While we wait for the complete video archive of the weekend to make it’s way online (hopefully—fingers crossed!) let’s enjoy this playlist that the Goodwood media team has assembled of some of the races, incidents, and atmosphere of the world’s greatest vintage race meeting.
This image of all 6 Cobra Daytona Coupes that Goodwood tweeted today is indescribable. So instead of reading anything I would write about how amazing it is, just scroll up and look at it some more.
The Revival is live streaming again this year—Hooray! I’ll update links as live video streams go down and archives go up. I love what Goodwood’s media team is doing with these events. I hope more of the big vintage weekends at other venues follow suit.
Bump Starting a Maserati 250F Mid-Race
Now I know how to do that if the situation ever arises.
The track action starts at about 4:20. I’d love to have participated in this field.
The Beast of Turin Takes a Spin at Goodwood
Just watching the Beast of Turin’s engine fire up a few months ago was flabbergasting. To see her spin around the grounds at Goodwood is downright magical.
It’s jarring to see a racing machine that is as tall as a man’s shoulder. Climbing up on to the seat of the 28.5 liter Fiat S76 is more like perching in a biplane than easing down into a low-slung racing car. You emerge from a car like this with your whole body numb from the battle—shaking and tingling for hours afterwards.
That pheasant barely made it out with his life.
Thanks for pointing this one out, Ryan.
Here’s a smattering of videos that the (remarkable) media team at Goodwood have put together to mark the close of this year’s Revival event. I still don’t know how all those cars that spun in the TT race managed to avoid each other.
It’s not quite being there, but I give huge accolades to Goodwood for allowing us to watch the action remotely.
